Coffee with a Cause with Mentor Mums

In our June Coffee with a Cause we had the great pleasure of supporting Mentor Mums CIC, a social enterprise that helps make workplaces more effective at supporting working mums as they return from leave.

Mindy Emsley hosted the session and interviewed Annie Abelman, their founder.

Together we learned more about their free service that connects mums returning from leave with a relevant mentor that has done it all before and their training programmes for organisations that want to better support and retain working parents. We developed ideas to grow their corporate engagement so that they can create systemic change and provide more free mentor matching.
