Coffee with a Cause with Oasis Trust

In our October Coffee with a Cause Caroline Taylor, OBE, Chair of Oasis Community Learning and a Founding Member of MarketingKind, shared this quote from Oasis's founder Steve Chalke because it perfectly sums up the philosophy of their work.

We learned about Oasis’s incredible work, not only running a multi academy trust with 53 schools (which have often been taken over from the local authority when they are failing) but also their 40 community hubs which provide the services needed to help people belong and whole communities to thrive such as homelessness support, food pantries, restorative justice and mental health services.

And together members worked with the Oasis team to help establish a louder voice in their campaigning and advocacy work and achieve greater reach and impact in fundraising for their community work.
