It was an incredibly rich conversation filled with practical advice.

For instance if you recruit for difference:

You're more likely to be challenged and to find out what you don't know.

Your employees are more likely to be loyal to your company's mission (rather than mates who may be loyal to you).

Even in a start up with little budget you still have the opportunity to build in diversity and inclusion from the get go and save money in the long run.
