Isabel’s top three tips for brands are:
1) Prioritize: What can you focus on that will make the biggest difference (to your customers and to the environment)?
2) Communicate: Are you honest in addressing real challenges and dilemmas?
3) Plan for the long-term: Are you responding to the current difficulties in ways that will build long-term trust with your key stakeholders?
