Bob Boxer, co-founder of the cafe agency will interview Célia Pronto, Managing Director of Love Home Swap, to find out how she prepared for her first NED role, what’s she has learned from the NED positions she holds and her advice for others interested in taking one on.

Prior to joining Love Home Swap Célia was the Chief Customer & Digital Officer at Casual Dining Group, now known as Big Table Group.

Her career spans a multitude of sectors and industries, including logistics, travel at STA Travel, hotels at IHG, gambling at Rank, FMCG at Unilever, E-Commerce and automotive retail at Ford Retail.

Alongside her executive career, she is a non-executive director on the boards of South East Water, Samworth Brothers and moto hospitality.

As a passionate advocate of getting more women on boards, Célia is also an ambassador for Women on Boards.
