In our November 21st You’re MarketingKind gathering Kate Goldman-Toomey, Executive Director of Partnerships at Open Planet, will lead a discussion on how we can better empower climate storytelling through film.

She will share how Open Planet has created a library of high-quality climate and nature footage, free to use for educational, environmental and impact storytelling. We’ll learn about their upcoming projects including a new feature documentary with David Attenborough on the Ocean, a feature documentary and impact campaign on Biodiversity, and a recent project on health x climate with Wellcome. 

And we’ll explore how MarketingKind members can use Open Planet’s amazing footage and support their grassroots mobilisation of storytellers around the globe.

Prior to joining Open Planet, Kate led partnerships and philanthropy at Macmillan Cancer Support, Unicef UK and Save the Children. Kate has more than 20 years’ experience in the charity sector working for charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and NSPCC. Kate began her career working in Radio at Heart FM and for Venture Capital Firm Ariadne Capital.
