How marketing can close the sustainability Say-Day gap with Tam Hussey

In our April You're Marketing gathering Tam Hussey, founder of Halo by Design, leads a discussion about how marketing can be used effectively to create more sustainable behaviours. She says, "If you're told to do something, even if we know it's the right thing to do, the healthy thing to do, it's not something that humans are very good at doing. So if brands want to close the sustainability Say-Do gap they need to make it easy for us to take action with them, rather than just telling us what to do."
