In our November You’re MarketingKind gathering we came together with Louise McLaren, Managing Director of Lovebrands and an insight and sustainability expert, to explore the question ‘What’s the role of insight in a turbulent world?’.

It became clear to me that in turbulent times we need insight professionals more than ever to have their pulse on signals and cultural context and to know when a fresh look at a problem is truly needed.

In the group discussion we also covered how uncertainty and constraint breeds creativity, the importance of libraries and the definition of a crisis as 'having a problem with your problem'.
