In our February 7th You’re MarketingKind Kelly Pullen, Head of Brand and Marketing at Severn Trent, will lead a group discussion on community-led marketing.

Regulation in the water industry means that Severn Trent can’t use traditional advertising to get their messages across. Instead they are using community-led marketing methods to change the water and sustainability practices of their customers. For example as a lead sponsor for the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham they helped to deliver the first ever carbon neutral games.
