Coffee with a Cause: Green Girls

Coffee with a Cause: With Monique Ntumngia, Founder of the Green Girls Organisation

On October 30th we worked with Monique Ntumngia, one of Africa’s leading young female social entrepreneurs, to empower vulnerable and excluded women to build safe, reliable and independent livelihoods by running their own micro-businesses.

Event with Monique Ntumngia, founder of Green Girls

Monique Ntumngia founded the Green Girls Organisation, a Pan-African NGO that uses AI to provide clean and affordable energy to women and girls across African rural communities. Monique’s awards from 2019 alone include the VISA Everywhere Initiative Global Winner, UNLEASH SDG7, the WWF International President’s Award and the UNDP Development Award.

Monique is now working to create a micro-entrepreneurial hub to empower displaced and vulnerable women to lift themselves out of poverty and build new lives for themselves by running their own businesses.

We came together to learn how Monique has changed the lives of thousands of women and to use our marketing expertise and skills to help her empower more women to change their lives for a sustainable future by unlocking a greater level of international support.

The session was hosted by MarketingKind Founder Paul Skinner.
