xChange: Think differently about thinking differently with Rory Sutherland & Mark Evans

Our November 18th xChange with Rory Sutherland, the Spectator’s Wiki Man and Vice Chair of Ogilvy UK, and Mark Evans, Managing Director of Marketing & Digital for Direct Line Group, explored the importance of neurodiversity, inclusion and the future of work.

The session was hosted by Célia Pronto, Managing Director of Love Home Swap, and included opportunities to support related causes Autism at Kingwood and The British Dyslexia Association.

You can watch the replay of the gathering below.

This was a unique conversation with Rory Sutherland, one of the most influential figures in advertising, and Mark Evans, one of the most influential figures in marketing.

Together they discussed Rory’s new book Alchemy: The Surprising Power of Ideas That Don't Make Sense and Mark’s leadership experience at Direct Line Group. The conversation used the provocation to think differently about thinking differently to explore the power of diverse thinking for all of us, the importance of neurodiversity for businesses and teams and the implications this has for the future of work as we emerge from the pandemic.

Participants had the opportunity to put their questions to Rory and Mark and to support Autism at Kingwood and the British Dyslexia Association.
